Willamette Association of REALTORS®

Our Mission

The mission of the Willamette Association of REALTORS® is to provide its members with the education and resources that will enable them to conduct business successfully, ethically, and professionally, while promoting and protecting private property rights, home ownership, and our communities.

Our Vision

The resource for real estate.

Our History and Background

The Willamette Association of REALTORS® (WAOR) was created in 1997 when the Albany and Corvallis Boards of REALTORS® merged. WAOR now serves over 600 members in both Linn and Benton Counties.

WAOR is governed by a local Board of Directors, all of whom are elected REALTORS® members who have volunteered their time to serve the Association.

The Willamette Association of REALTORS® is the local entity of the three entities that serve REALTORS® members, the other two being the Oregon REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® – the largest trade organization in the United States with over 1,000,000 members.
